Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy

At The Hair Vixens, we prepare each order with care. Please review the following terms before purchasing.
Custom Wigs & Personalized Orders
Custom wigs and products made or altered to your selected measurements, color, cut, styling, or other personalized specifications are final sale once production begins. We do not accept change-of-mind returns or exchanges on these items. This does not affect assistance available for an incorrect, damaged, or defective order or rights provided by applicable law.
Ready-to-Ship Wigs
You may request a return of an eligible ready-to-ship wig within 7 calendar days of delivery. The wig must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and in its original condition and packaging, with lace uncut and any original hygiene seals attached. Trying on a wig must not involve cutting lace, applying adhesive, heat styling, or otherwise altering it.
Return Authorization & Shipping
Contact us for approval and return instructions before shipping. Approved returns must be shipped within 7 calendar days of return authorization. Customers cover return shipping for change-of-mind returns. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable except where required by law or when the return results from our error. We recommend tracked shipping and retaining proof of shipment.
Cancellations
Contact us as soon as possible to request cancellation. Cancellation is available within 12 hours of purchase and before production, customization, or shipment begins. Once work has started on a custom order, cancellation and change-of-mind refunds are unavailable. Once a ready-to-ship order has shipped, eligible returns follow the terms above.
Incorrect, Damaged, or Defective Orders
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us promptly, preferably within 7 calendar days of delivery, if you receive the wrong item or believe it arrived damaged or defective. Include your order number, a description, and clear photos of the item and packaging. We will review the issue and arrange an appropriate correction, replacement, or refund, depending on the circumstances and applicable law. We cover reasonable standard return and replacement shipping when the issue is confirmed to result from our error or a defective product. The requested reporting period does not limit rights provided by applicable law.
Fit Concerns
Fit concerns are reviewed under our Wig Fit Adjustment Policy. A fit concern does not automatically qualify an order for a refund. Paid adjustment pricing does not replace remedies for incorrect or defective orders, including correction of verified sizing errors on our end without charge. Please contact us before altering the wig so we can assess available options.

Digital products — including ebooks, courses, and vendor lists — are delivered instantly and are non-refundable once accessed.
Refund Processing
We will notify you after reviewing your request and, where applicable, inspecting the returned item. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days of approval. Your bank or payment provider may require additional processing time. Installment payments and financing adjustments are handled through the original payment provider.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once your order is handed to the carrier, The Hair Vixens is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages. Please file a claim directly with the carrier using the tracking number provided. We are happy to assist with documentation where possible.

Use our Contact page and include your order number and the reason for your request. Please obtain return authorization and instructions before sending an item back.
